Second time there. Bed & pillows fine. Good water pressure in the shower. Great value. Only issue is with room key cards. Both times all room keys have not functioned & had to return to front desk to get back in my room.
The location may be a ways away but truthfully it was a quiet environment. The 1st floor and room that I stayed in was very sanitary. My bathroom was amazingly clean. I didn’t have any bugs or loud neighbors. All the appliances worked extremely well and the bed was lovely! Sheets were sanitized and white the room was set at a comfortable temperature. Would recommend staying!
During our stay at the Northeast location the staff team made us feel extremely comfortable and made themselves available both day/night to answer any questions and assist in anyway needed. The location was very clean and tidy at all times and the housekeeping team went above and beyond to ensure our room was in top shape from the first day up to our last. Staff team is very friendly and happy to help and the price was unbeatable for he experience given. 10/10 would recommend to anyone in the area needed a short or long term stay location.D

We stayed here for over a week. Kam at the front desk was extremely helpful with check in. He was incredibly nice and friendly. We did have some issues with the room keys one would work and the other would not. The key would only open the side door sometimes. Our toilet did drain slowly and you had to hold the handle down for proper drainage. You do have to take out your own trash and bring down dirty towels to the front desk to exchange for new ones. You do not have daily maid service. I read all of this before so it was not a surprise. The hotel was quiet and the location was perfect. The price we paid certainly outweighed the inconveniences.
We stayed here cause it was the only hotel in the Area that had a check in age of 18. For the price we paid it was a good hotel and everything seemed cleaned. You could tell that the room could use some updates but overall the room was nice. Our door sometimes wouldn’t let us in with our card key but other than that we didn’t have any problems. The service was nice and the man was helpful
This place goes above and beyond. It started with them making sure we were in a room that’s 100% acceptable without any strange smells, making sure the a/c was working and that it had all the amenities including kitchen utensils and cookware! They have a library downstairs where you can check out movies, books and small appliances and a very clean laundry room! They are on top of it here! No deposits, no pet fees, no crazy management… in fact it’s ran by a couple who take immense pride in their property. Rooms are up to date, and the beds are uber comfy! The area is quiet, peaceful and clean from vagrants. And the price can’t be beat.
OOOOOOOKKKKKK listen upWe stayed at the extended stay inn and the experience the first week was not bad but than after that it was just not a good stay. First off they charge 1.99 for linen fee just to get fresh sheets and towels 2nd they clean your room every 14 days. MainStay suites and their amazing manager Tamika Dempsey she let's us see a room she answered every single question we had and concerns and she made sure to let us know NO LINEN FEE YASSSSSS it has a full working gym and laundry room with about 6 washers and dryers a 24 hour coffee station for the people that work nights or early in the morning. This is a great deal and stay.
